Bradley Odeman, 44, was arrested after police found suspected methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia and ammunition, police said. Officers searching Odeman's residence at 7:30 p.m. also found ammunition, including 247 rounds of .22-caliber ammunition in a factory box located in the suspect's dresser; 20 round .40-caliber pistol amminition in a sealed package; and nine rounds of .40-caliber pistol ammunition in a magazine inside a plastic arms case under the suspect's bed, American Canyon Police Sgt. Mike Collins said. No firearms were found, he said.

Over the past two days I have spent several hours reviewing your concerns and consulting with our prosecutors. While you may not agree with the decision of this office, this case was thoroughly examined.
The decision of the Napa County District Attorney’s Office remains that all of the information provided to this office concerning this case has been extensively reviewed and it has been determined that there still remains insufficient evidence to sustain the filing of a criminal complaint in this matter. We appreciate your concern over the welfare of your family, but there is nothing more this office can do regarding the 2012 incident you reported to Napa PD.
We have closed our file on this case. As I previously communicated with you, should you remain dissatisfied with the decision of the Napa County DA’s Office in this matter, you may contact the California Attorney General’s Office and request they review the case.

Therefore, from my understanding, you and several prosecutors are telling me that it's okay that my brother and I can go to a 74 year old Caucasian man’s house at two different times knowing that he has a heart condition, run up the stairs, kick his front door and tell him to move his "FUCKING CAR OFF OF MY FATHER'S CAR! And therefore it's okay that I THREATEN THE OLD MAN INFORMING HIM THAT I TOOK PICTURES OF THE CAR AND I AM GOING TO THE INSURANCE AND HIS ASS IS GOING TO FIX IT! And my brother is under two different probation case numbers where he is to obey all laws and I got a degree in psychology so I know how the mind works! Then I leave to go get my brother and he runs up the old man’s stairs and kicks his front door! And yells at him to move his car then I come back and tell the old man to go back to FUCKING ENGLAND AND LEARN FUCKING PROPER ENGLISH AND ACUSE HIM OF BEING A CHILD MOLESTER! AT THIS TIME MY BROTHER IS KICKING THE OLD MANS CAR RIGHT IN FRONT OF HIM! Then the old man said to me to call the Police and I said I will but I didn’t call the Police!
A day or two goes by and the old man's wife calls for a Police Officer to file an Elder Abuse Report on me and my brother.
The old man and his wife have a DVD with audio and give it to the Police Officer for evidence. Meanwhile a couple of weeks go by and a letter from the District Attorney is charging his wife for Elder Abuse! The old man gets upset and his heart is pounding and he has diabetes, his blood sugar sky rockets! This old man is under a great deal of stress so he had to hire a attorney to defend his wife for Elder Abuse Charge! The attorney cost them $ 2,600.00. And the old man and his wife missed a couple of house payments because both of them are on a fixed income! The attorney goes to court several times and it it keeps getting postponed! Finally the charges are dropped and the old man and his wife are receiving threatening letters of foreclosure on their home!
The old man and his wife go to the Police station to pick up a copy of the Police Report. The Police records told them it was denied due to pursuant to Welfare and Institutions Code 15633. 5 which protects elder and/or dependent adult abuse reports. This section specifies which persons or agencies are entitled to receive a copy of the report and neither the victim or the victim’s guardian are included in the list of authorized recipients. This family member was advised in person we were denying the request for a copy of the report and DVD. Both the April 24, 2012 and May 4, 2012 requests were denied on the date of the request and the requester was advised of such denial at the front counter.
The old man and his wife called their attorney and asked him if he had a copy of the Police Report and he said he did. The old man and his wife read the report and find that the Police Report was FALSE! The Police Officer said on her report that she told the old man that she does not see any Elder Abuse, and yet she pressed charges on his wife for Elder Abuse!
This is a scenario if the tables were turned.
My father is the 74 year old man he is Hispanic.
The Brother that took psychology is a Caucasian Female in her mid-twenties! The Brother is under two different probation case numbers where he is to obey all laws is a Caucasian Male in his mid-twenties!

On December 14, 1993 a Judge granted a Mutual Restraining order, and both parties are to stay away 25 yards from each other. Both parties live directly across the street from each other. From curb to curb is 50 feet wide, 25 yards is 75 feet from Plaintiff's door to Defendants door. The date of the restraining order the Plaintiff's house was vacant and the Defendant's was occupied!
